Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates (and smiles) are always free, with no obligation. Call us, or use the MittenBot Estimate button to send your project details and photos.
What areas do you serve?
Based in Howard City, serving most of Lower Michigan plus Northern Ohio. Enter your ZIP code in the estimate tool — if you’re farther out, we’ll review your project and let you know.
How soon can you schedule a project?
It depends on the season and the size of the job. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll give you a realistic start date when we follow up.
Can I upload photos for an estimate?
Yes. The MittenBot Estimate tool lets you add photos along with a description of the project. Any pricing based on photos is preliminary until our team reviews the scope with you.
Will you match another company’s quote?
Have another quote? Send it our way! We’ll be happy to match or beat competitor pricing whenever possible so you always get the best value.
What happens after I send an estimate request?
Your project goes straight to Mitten Handyman for review. A real person looks at every request and follows up, aiming for the callback window you picked — nothing is a final quote until we’ve reviewed it with you.
Is there any work you don’t do?
Some projects include electrical, plumbing, HVAC or structural work that needs its own trade license, or they need a permit. We’ll tell you up front if any part of your project falls into that category before we quote it.
